About Me
My work is a response to the environment, particularly the areas where land and water meet.
I use acrylics or oils with mixed media and work in layers of paint and meaning.
I love how the invisible marks affect the finished painting , and am fascinated by how what has happened in the environment in the past affects how we experience it now.
I studied Fine Art at Bucks New University graduating in 2003.
Since then I have been part of Commercial Square Studios 2004-2017 exhibiting at Open Studios, Pop ups and The Square Umbrella Gallery.
I was a member of Skylark Gallery
2006-2012 and have exhibited at various Art Fairs including The Affordable Art Fair.
I live on The South Coast where Hampshire and Dorset meet, and spend a lot of time observing and exploring my beautiful surroundings.
